Our Cover-19 Plan

OUR COVID-19 PLAN

MANDY & RANDY WILL RESUME OUTDOOR PORTRAIT SESSIONS STARTING MONDAY, JUNE 1ST, 2020

We are excited to announce that we will be getting back to doing what we love, documenting the most important moments in our clients’ lives and working with incredible couples, families, and vendors. However, we also know that in order to do so safely, we must follow certain guidelines.

Below is a list of procedures that we will be following for the foreseeable future.

SANITIZATION

All of our camera equipment will be sanitized before and after each photoshoot, even if there was no physical contact with the client.

FACE COVERING

When out shooting, both the photographer and assistant will wear face coverings or masks.

MAINTAINING DISTANCE

Whenever possible, we will maintain our distance while working, with hands free posing for couples and families and utilizing lenses with longer focal lengths.

ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS

For your photoshoot, please let us know if there are any other guidelines that you would like us to follow. We want you to feel as safe as possible, and we will gladly adhere to any additional precautions you would like us to take.

We have an obligation to keep you all safe when you book a portrait session with us, and we want to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible.

COVID-19 AND YOUR WEDDING

NOW WHAT DO WE DO

If like so many Montreal couples your wedding was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are very sorry. You are not alone in having to make this difficult decision. Unfortunately, while some social distancing restrictions has been lifted, the city of Montreal has not issued the go ahead for larger gatherings.

However, there are two options available to you.

  • We are allowing all of our wedding clients to move their wedding dates to 2021. We know this is a difficult decision, but if you want to have the wedding you were hoping for, a postponement at this time looks to be your best option.

  • We have suggested to a few of our clients to have a smaller wedding, or a local elopement. While it may not be the wedding they originally planned, we are encouraging couples to not look at this option like a downgrade. This could be a lovely intimate event, that could potentially end up being more magical than the wedding you originally envisioned.

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help make this difficult time a little easier.
