WHY FAMILY PHOTOS MATTER

BLINK AND YOU MISS IT

I have been a sleep-deprived mom of two little kids for the last four years, and the last thing I usually feel like doing is being in photos. So if you’ve been putting off getting a family portrait session done, I get it.

But every time I get in front of the camera with my kids, I never regret it. Looking back at these hazy, busy years, I'm so thankful for the family photos I have because even when I can't remember, they are my memories.

Now, seeing my kids climb into bed with Randy and me, and asking to look at our family photographs, marveling at how small they were and how much we have always loved them, makes me wish I had taken even more.
